The opportunity
We are looking for an energetic nursing or allied health professional with a strong background in operations and change management to join our supportive multidisciplinary team as a Allied Health Initiatives Lead in a full time ongoing capacity.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide clinical and operational leadership to direct reports including co-ordination, staff management and scheduling of operational meetings.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in allied health project delivery.
- Contribute to model development and writing of funding submissions relevant to portfolio
- Support team in development and delivery of new services.
Our ideal candidate:
- Strong project management experience.
- Strong operational management experience.
- High level communication skills with the ability to work autonomously and provide guidance to the team
- Proven experience in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of allied health principles and practices
