We also support people, including older people and people with disability, to stay living at home longer and to live well in their community. 

Our broad range of primary health services, care management and in home and community support services can be tailored to an individual’s needs and with major hubs in Box Hill and Eltham, these services can be delivered locally, in the Eastern and North Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

Job Description

The opportunity
We are looking for an energetic nursing or allied health professional with a strong background in operations and change management to join our supportive multidisciplinary team as a Allied Health Initiatives Lead in a full time ongoing capacity.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide clinical and operational leadership to direct reports including co-ordination, staff management and scheduling of operational meetings.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in allied health project delivery.
  • Contribute to model development and writing of funding submissions relevant to portfolio
  • Support team in development and delivery of new services.

Desired Skills and Experience

Our ideal candidate:

  • Strong project management experience.
  • Strong operational management experience.
  • High level communication skills with the ability to work autonomously and provide guidance to the team
  • Proven experience in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of allied health principles and practices
