Our role is also supporting people to self-manage long-term health conditions, such as diabetes and mental health challenges, with multidisciplinary teams delivering community-based programs in a comfortable setting. We also support people, including older people and people with disability, to stay living at home longer and to live well in their community.
Our broad range of primary health services, care management and in home and community support services can be tailored to an individual’s needs and with major hubs in Box Hill and Eltham, these services can be delivered locally, in the Eastern and North Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

Our ideal candidate:
- Recognised industry qualification such as a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety, Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Occupational health and safety occupational health and safety.
- Experience in providing OHS subject matter expertise and advice.
- Demonstrated knowledge and thorough understanding of OHS legislation.
- Working knowledge of risk management principles .
- Experience in risk assessments, safety audits and safety policy development.
- Highly developed interpersonal, coaching, and consultative skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills and ability to deliver innovative solutions.
- Seeks out and is able to work collaboratively with other subject matter experts, managers and staff.
- Demonstrates tact, sensitivity, and sound judgment when addressing health and safety matters.
- Return to work or injury management qualification will be highly regarded.
- Work with psychological safety legislation and hazard identification will be highly regarded.
